Kinda spooky!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:30 pm

Haha, I never even saw it like that. Although, I can see how it has an eerie feeling to it.

I love those mazes!! Did you have fun!?

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:31 pm

Yes! It was much better than previous times since we went in the day time. The kids/teens LOVED it!

I love mazes whether they are corn or hay or anything else. It’s so Shining!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:32 pm

I’ve never tried a corn maze. I never saw that movie but I have an inkling of what you mean. It totally wasn’t creepy in the day time.

You always take the best photos! Love it!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:33 pm

Thank you! This photo was actually very under-exposed so it was kind of fun playing with different color changes and layer effects.

I love this shot! 🙂

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:33 pm

Thank! It was totally unplanned but I liked how it turned out.

Very cool. Yes, I need to find out where this is. I definitely want to go there. I’m assuming it’s somewhere on the peninsula?

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:34 pm

Good guess! It’s just right off Highway 1. I’m sure your girls would have a great time!

Rosey October 24, 2012 - 2:07 pm

Wow, corn mazes are cool, but this looks WAY cooler!!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:36 pm

I’ve never tried a corn maze but this hay one is hard. The bales are stacked 7-8′ high so even tall people can barely see over. Even if they can, though, it doesn’t help in navigating as the maze is huge!

Kelly @ A Girl Worth Saving October 24, 2012 - 6:22 pm

What an amazing photo!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:36 pm

Thank you – it turned out surprisingly good!

Katie October 24, 2012 - 6:24 pm

I always end up getting so lost in mazes that I’m about ready to stop going!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:37 pm

Haha, me too! That why I let others lead most of the time. I also have a feeling others had the same experience as I notice more ’emergency’ exits this year 😛

Anne - Mommy Has to Work October 24, 2012 - 7:11 pm

I’ve done a corn maze, but this looks cool too!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:38 pm

How am I the only one that has never even SEEN a corn maze?! Can you see through the stalks or cut through?

Misadventurous Mommy October 24, 2012 - 8:18 pm

Great shot…we love corm mazes, but none this awesome!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:39 pm

The fact that they are solid bales makes it so that you really have to try different paths as there’s no way other way to get out!

Lynsey @MoscatoMom October 24, 2012 - 8:30 pm

I think that would absolutely scare me to death LOL I would be terrified I couldnt find my way out… hahahaha

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:40 pm

You’d definitely have to go during the day time then. Going at night is super spooky and just plain frustrating. If all else fails, the staff can find you 🙂

Anne October 25, 2012 - 4:50 am

Looks like fun, hope you didn’t get too lost!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:41 pm

Oh, we got totally lost but that’s half the fun. We always make it out after a while, even if that means coming out an emergency exit or back through the entrance. Fortunately we made it through fine two times that day!

Jenn @therebelchick October 25, 2012 - 7:14 am

Wow that maze is so tall!

TerriAnn van Gosliga October 25, 2012 - 6:42 pm

Very! My hubby could kind of see over if he jumped but it did nothing in helping us find the way 😛
