It’s no secret that I like Chili’s. Their baby back ribs are scrumptious. At the same time, though, there’s only so much I can take of the same thing. That’s why it’s great that Chili’s keeps it fresh but periodically changing up their menu.
There are some that must put tabasco sauce on everything. Then there are some, like me, that are spice wimps and prefer the mild side. Everyone is sure to find something they savor with the new “Wild or Mild” menu. Original recipes are either kicked up or cooled down depending on which flavor fits your mood.
I went for the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas – yum! We actually came in the afternoon so I chose the lunch option which included a soup or salad with a half-portion of the main entreé. I got the salad so I felt somewhat healthy, then drowned it in Ranch dressing.
This was just enough for me with some left over for my daughter to much on.
