Nail Art Tutorial to Make DIY Flower Design at Home…

Toes are ugly. Period. To make them less ugly when wearing sandals or other open-toed shoes, polish is a must. There’s one more thing that can add a little cuteness to those wrinkly sausages. Here’s a quick and easy way to make a flower design and it requires no artistic ability. Please excuse the super-macro big toe of mine:

  1. First paint your nail then allow to dry completely.
  2. Use a toothpick or similar item to dip in white (or other color) polish and make five dots.
  3. Place toothpick in center of dot then slide toward the middle.
  4. Place one drop of clear polish in the center then carefully center a rhinestone.

If you’d like, you can add a little extra design or color. Finish with a coat of clear polish. I still don’t like toes but with this they can actually be kind of cute with the right shoes! Flower Design Nail Art Tutorial with Polish and Gem

Thanks! Believe it or not, the design, paint, and rhinestone are still intact!

I cannot give myself a pedicure. Every time I try, it looks awful. So I confess, I go to Los Altos and pay for someone to do this for me. 🙁 If I had mad toe painting skills though, I would be all over this (and Drue will probably steal your technique as she is great at giving herself mani/pedi’s)! Love the green color, too!

You must send me a pic if Drue does it! Haha, I was worried the green looked funky 😛
