I found this interesting bit of info and thought I’d share:
Sometimes the bathroom can be a dangerous place. With water on the floor and in the shower it can be slippery and with appliances near water it can be an electrical hazard, but generally nobody thinks of the toilet as dangerous… Until now.
A recall has been issued about the Flushmate flush assist system which has cause over 300 toilets to literally burst. While the unit has been installed in almost every major toilet manufacturer there is a possibility your toilet could be affected. Check out the information below to find out more:

Thanks for the alert, I imagine the injuries for anyone could be awful w/this, but especially our little guy.
I certainly hope this is a rare occurrence and that the danger is not with the model you got!
