Monsters University Class Schedule & Blogger Roster…

It’s here! It’s here! Today’s the day I get to meet my fellow college classmates and peek at the Monsters University campus. Check out their site – so cool! I even have my Student ID ready! All set for some scaring!

Tomorrow, Tuesday, will be our actual Freshman Orientation. Super exciting but extremely busy! (Psst, bookmark this page so you can follow & join the twitter conversation shown below.) This is what our class schedule looks like.

  • ENGLISH 101: How to Tell a Great Story
Learn about the story process and how to draw a character from MU.
  • SOCIOLOGY 203: The Deconstruction of a Character
Learn about the design of college-age Mike & Sulley, and creation & design of new characters in the film.
  • ANTHROPOLOGY 152: Monsterizing the World
Learn about creating and “monsterizing” the world of MU.
  • DRAMATIC ARTS: Bringing a Character to Life
Learn how the animation process works, and view an animation demo on a linux machine.
  • PHYSICS 250: Global Illumination
View a presentation on the use of Global Illumination in MU and The Blue Umbrella.

After lunch, collegiate activities, and interviews, we’ll be having snack time with this guy. I’m not sure how beneficial that will be…

I am so glad that I got to go on this trip with you and get to know you better. It was so much fun and I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide for San Francisco. 🙂
