Okay, let me just get this out of the way first -  THESE ARE SO ADORABLY CUTE AND SQUISHY!!!!

Now onto the review. My daughter has never been into regular dolls like Barbie or those life-like babies. She always gravitated to soft plush animals, and the only dolls she’s ever really enjoyed are Polly Pockets.

That was until Squinkies. The little rubber toys are so small that I could not get a good photo even with Super Macro. Each toy is very detailed and very well-made. They are not made of that hard plastic but are soft and squishy. This can make for some pretty cute play elements.

These are brand new on the market. Yesterday I noticed Target had some but there were only about five packages total and that included the different playsets. My daughter feels kind of proud that she got to play with them before they could be bought in the stores. Plus, she even combines them with her Polly Pocket sets as the younger siblings.

A few days ago we received the Cupupcake Surprize! BakeShop deluxe playset, a Squinkies Share N Wear Jewelry Surprize set, and a Squinkies Jewel Case Surprize! Now we have a holder for all the little balls. The playset includes two plastic coins that you can insert and the balls come out like regular toy vending machines. The jewelry set is an easy way for your child to accessorize with a Squinkies ring or bracelet. The jewel case set is great for a play date, sleep over, or car trip so he/she can keep their favorites with them.

My daughter can make up stories all day with the dizzying amount of Squinkies she now has. Every day we, either my husband or I, have to take out some time to play these with her. There are so many sets to choose from and dozens of unique figurines. If your child likes cute, little things Squinkies will become an instant household hit.
