Ice cream is my weakness. It doesn’t matter what the weather is inside or out and I’ll still be up for a scoop or two. Pair that with cookies and I’m done for. Such sweet goodness! Well, participating Baskin-Robbins in San Jose, Los Gatos, Santa Clara, and Campbell will be offering a couple of special treats for a limited time – Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches and Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sundaes.
Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches and Sundaes
These are not just any ice cream sandwiches. These are custom-made creations featuring your favorite flavors of ice cream and cookies. You can even order more than one flavor of cookie to complete your dessert! Don’t forget – this will only be available for a limited time so hurry in and get your favorite combinations together ASAP!
Choose any of the below options:
- Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches:
Guests can choose from a selection of warm and chewy Chocolate Chunk, Double Fudge, Peanut Butter Chocolate or White Chunk Macadamia cookies to sandwich around their favorite ice cream flavor. Topped with rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles or chopped almonds! - The Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sundae:
Features a guest’s favorite ice cream flavor sandwiched between two soft, warm cookies and topped with a guest’s favorite sundae topping, whipped cream, chopped almonds and a cherry on top. - Warm Triple Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches and Warm Triple Cookie Ice Cream Sundaes:
Customized with up to three different types of cookies and two flavors of ice cream.
I probably couldn’t handle a triple sandwich or sundae but I’m already getting a craving for a Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich. I would get two White Chunk Macadamia cookies with Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream (since BR makes the BEST version of this flavor), topped with chocolate sprinkles. Oh, man, that would be so good…
