This past Tuesday was the red (actually it was white) carpet world premiere of Disney’s FROZEN at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood . . . and I was there!

On the World Premiere ‘White’ Carpet

They actually brought in real snow and had professional ice sculptors on hand. The few minutes that I spent on the carpet went by like a flash with paparazzi, fans, and celebrities all around. There was also a stand with fresh Ghirardelli hot chocolate but I didn’t get any as I was too preoccupied with with sneaking in some photos and trying not to trip in my massive heels.

There were plenty of famous faces at the event but the world premiere wouldn’t be complete without the main cast that brought the characters alive on screen. Pictured below are Jonathan Groff (voices Kristoff), Kristen Bell (voices Anna), John Lasseter,  Josh Gad (voices Olaf), and Olaf (voice of Josh Gad), and Santino Fontana (voices Hans). The only one we missed seeing was the ever amazing Idina Menzel (voices Elsa).

Hobnobbing at the After-Party

After we watched the gorgeous and heart-warming movie, it was time to head to the after-party. There, VIP guests gathered with their children for photo ops, games, activities, food, and even a full-blown ice cream dessert bar!

The night was truly one to remember. It went by way too fast but every bit of it was special. Plus, it gave me the excuse to dress up and buy a gorgeous pair of shoes that I could barely walk in 🙂

Even without all the fanfare and shining lights, I’m sure you’ll love Frozen as much as I did. That review post will be coming up later, though, so keep following here and on Twitter using #DisneyFrozenEvent.

I was invited on an all-expense paid media trip as a guest of Disney and in honor of the upcoming FROZEN movie. All opinions are my own.
