All of us can use good advice. Sometimes there is so much available, though, that it is difficult to sort through all the ‘fluff’ and find tips that can really benefit you and your family.
Well, then is an online community of like-minded individuals helping one another to be healthier. You will find real-life videos, photos, and articles of tips that have been proven to work, firsthand. How do I know that? Because I have personally contributed to the community. Not only can you find tips, but you are encouraged to add some yourself. It is highly likely that someone is experiencing some similar issues as you and perhaps they can shed some insight on useful ways to cope. It is almost impossible for someone to understand what you are experiencing
unless they have been through it themselves. Wellthen.org provides a unique support group gathering experiences from all over.
