Provella – Probiotic Supplement Especially For Women

by TerriAnn

Provella Probiotic Dietary Supplement Flora WomenI’m usually so focused on taking care of my family that I tend to take for granted my own well-being at times. Obviously, that’s not a good trend. For a while now, I’ve been hearing a lot about the benefits probiotics. The good bacteria, found in items such as yogurt, can help balance your overall health by aiding in ‘digestion of food and the absorption of certain nutrients ‘. Well, I decided to bit the bullet and try a probiotic supplement, known as Provella, to see if it helped me at all.

To help support your healthy lifestyle, there is a probiotic dietary supplement called Provella . Provella is designed specifically for women to promote digestive, feminine, and immune health.* Taken once daily by mouth, Provella is available without a prescription behind pharmacy counters nationwide and at DrugStore.com.

Apparently, women in particular are at risk of experiencing flora imbalance. This is when “bad” bacteria outweighs “good” bacteria, which causes us discomfort and inconvenience. To combat this, Provella contains six specific bacterial strains to help with our digestive and feminine health. It’s gluten-free and okay for vegetarians, but does contain traces of milk. The side effects could include bloating and gas but, fortunately for my family, I had neither of these. Guys can benefit from these too but they just won’t get the vaginal benefits 😛

In the three weeks or so I have been taking Provella, I didn’t notice any noticeable improvements. That’s not to say it’s not doing anything or helping my internal health but it’s not a wonder drug that will cure all your ails in less than a month. I was not expecting this either but wanted to put its effects in perspective. If you’ve been contemplating a probiotic supplement, though, this might be worth a try. If you’d like to try some Provella yourself, feel free to use this $6 off coupon in-store.

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Provella. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating. We are HUGE probiotic users in our home. We have seen the amazing benefit they can provide first hand. My oldest son has autism and by simply adding a probiotic to his diet he stopped biting me. It ended up being an overgrowth of bacteria and yeast that was producing toxins that made him bite. And my father has all but cured his eczema by using a good quality probiotic.

It affected him that much and your father that much! I wonder if it would help my nephew with autism and me with my eczema.

You’re welcome. Do you notice any difference between brands and side effects from them?

Some brands do work better than others. I do find that if you keep them in the refrigerator that the probiotic will stay fresher for a longer time.

Hmm, I think I’m going to have to do more research on these!
