Things are starting to heat up and the warm-weather wear is coming out of storage. Too bad it’s even more evident now that I need to shed those ‘comfort’ pounds I gained during the past few seasons. I blame it all all the scrumptious Banana Walnut Bread at Starbucks and the Spinach Tortellini with Alfredo sauce at The Old Spaghetti factory. Oh well, with my daughter’s school year over now it’s time to get busy with biking, swimming, hiking, and more – hurray for summer!
