Football fever is in full swing, especially here in the Bay Area. Are you ready? The Superbowl is coming…and so are your guests! A staple for game day is chip and dip so here is an easy, healthy recipe from Frito-Lay for game day:

> **Tuscan White Bean Dip**
>
> 1 can white kidney beans, drained
> 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
> 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
> 1 large garlic clove, peeled
> 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
> 2 teaspoons dried thyme
> 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
> 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
> 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
>
