\"\"<\/a>Aaaahhhhh! Yes, that’s all you’ll be able to say once you get onto one of these ‘lovlies’!<\/p>\n

We have a great little backyard. The huge tree that hangs overhead keeps our yard a good 10-20 degrees cooler, even in the peak of summer. The moderate temperature and light breeze makes you want to hang out for hours, just taking in the sun and letting your kid(s) run loose in the dirt. Our patio chairs are extremely uncomfortable and only good for mealtime.\u00a0With no head rest and no padding they are half-hour chairs at most. Now I know why I got my\u00a0patio furniture<\/a> so cheap!\u00a0You feel anything BUT relaxed in them.<\/p>\n

I’ve been procrastinating about purchasing some lounge chairs. Either they were terribly expensive or just plain junk. Even those plastic ones that your rear end sags through are not cheap though. Waiting, waiting, and finally my wait is over!<\/p>\n

I found the perfect chair at Hayneedle. It is the Extra Wide Padded Zero Gravity Chair<\/a>. It’s a mouthful, I know, but they are so wonderful! Too wonderful because in the photo below I was supposed to be working on something but that went out the window as soon as I settled into my chair!<\/p>\n

The padding is extremely thick and feels fantastic. The extra wide width gives plenty of room to spread out your arms and prevents feeling squished in. The chair begins in a fully upright position for both eating and conversing. As you lean back the foot area lifts. Like all reclining chairs the the bit of apprehension in leaning back. Don’t worry, you won’t fall. There are knobs on the side so you can ‘lock in’ certain positions as well. I didn’t play with this as I just wanted to go all the way back to get the full experience. With the adjustable headrest, both my 4′ 5″ daughter and my 5′ 11″ husband laid comfortably on the chair.<\/p>\n

While the base and frame are metal, the armrests and connecting pieces are constructed of plastic. I have found that the plastic tends to rub against other areas and is therefore wearing down. The wear on the armrests could be due to the fact that we fold the chair up each night to bring into our garage (the tree in the yard drops a lot of ‘junk’). I don’t think these were made to be quite so portable. I also found some stitching to be uneven in couple of areas and there were no instructions. These were not necessary in using the chair but we had no idea what the extra plastic piece was for until we looked back at the product online (it was the cup-holder, duh).<\/p>\n

While these are not the most luxurious lounges nor are they of the most superior quality, they are a good buy. These chairs run under $100 and are really wonderful chairs. They are comfortable, functional, and have some unique features that really raise their value. These are key things to look at when choosing your outdoor furniture<\/a>. We learned the hard way that you get what you pay for and are pleased with the products Hayneedle offers. We love our set and I know my husband and I will be using them all summer long!<\/p>\n
