You have lodging, transportation, and food costs. But what about things to do? There&#8217;s no shortage of attractions and theme parks in the more famous cities but, of course, the cost of those can add up quickly. When we went to Disney World the daily admission for one park was about $90 per person. Any savings that can be found are helpful. Well, <a title=\"Smart Destinations\" href=\"http:\/\/www.smartdestinations.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Smart Destinations<\/a> has you and your family covered by saving you up to 55%. You can mix and match popular attractions and watch the savings grow.<\/p>\n<p>For the indecisive, like me, there are pre-assembled packages such as the <a title=\"Smart Destinations Summer Family Funpass\" href=\"http:\/\/www.smartdestinations.com\/pt-packages\/san-diego-summer-family-funpass\/_ptpkg_Sdo_Prod_Pt_Pkg_Summer_Family_FunPass_aa.html?tmpl=ptPackageSpecial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow nofollow\">Summer Family FunPass<\/a>. These particular passes are available for Boston, Chicago, New York, San Diego, and San Francisco. The Summer Family FunPasses feature admission to the cities&#8217; top four attractions at a nice discount. Oh, and there&#8217;s not need to carry around a bunch of tickets &#8211; just have them scan the QR code on your Smart Destinations printout and you&#8217;re good to go!<\/p>\n<p>We used the San Diego one on our recent trip and it included a tour of the USS Midway, a one-hour harbor tour, entrance to Legoland, and entrance into San Diego Zoo. Buying this pass would save 21% than if you bought the tickets to each place individually. \u00a0The downside to such a package is that you may not like every attraction. Though my husband and daughter loved the zoo and Legoland, they were a bit bored and\u00a0claustrophobic\u00a0in the USS Midway. They decided not to go on the harbor tour for fear of getting seasick.
