Football fever is in full swing, especially here in the Bay Area. Are you ready? The Superbowl is coming…and so are your guests!\u00a0A staple for game day is chip and dip so here is an easy, healthy recipe from Frito-Lay for game day:<\/p>\n

Tuscan White Bean Dip<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Frito-Lay1 can white kidney beans, drained
\n2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
\n1 1\/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
\n1 large garlic clove, peeled
\n1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
\n2 teaspoons dried thyme
\n2 teaspoons dried rosemary
\n1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
\n1 teaspoon grated lemon peel<\/p>\n

Combine all ingredients, except basil and grated lemon peel, in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh basil and grated lemon peel. Serve immediately with\u00a0Fritos\u00ae Scoops!\u00ae Corn Chips.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
