Kids can choose from over 25 costumes of Super Heroes like Iron Man, Captain America, and Spiderman or of Super Villains including Loki and the Mandarin.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLast year\u2019s partnership event with Marvel was extremely popular, and at that time, became the most-trafficked event in our history,\u201d said Chris Heatherly, Vice President and General Manager, Disney Interactive Worlds. \u201cThis year we\u2019ve made the Marvel Super Hero Takeover Event even more epic for players with twice the amount of Marvel Super Hero and Super Villain costume options and deeper, more action-packed gameplay and storylines.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fan reaction from last year\u2019s Marvel Super Hero Takeover was tremendous, so we are excited to once again give fans the opportunity to dress up as their favorite Marvel Super Heroes in Club Penguin,\u201d said Andreea Enache-Thune, Senior Vice-President of Marvel Games. \u201cThis year we were able to expand upon last year\u2019s offering by including cool new costumes from our upcoming Marvel animated series on Disney XD.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>My daughter was more than excited to jump on board. The first thing she did after we signed up was grab her own Iron Man costume! She&#8217;s having a BLAST playing, in more ways than one!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-42090\" alt=\"Club Penguin Marvel Super Hero Takeover Event\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/cpmarvel2013_03.jpg\" width=\"760\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/cpmarvel2013_03.jpg 760w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/cpmarvel2013_03-292x92.jpg 292w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/cpmarvel2013_03-650x205.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/cpmarvel2013_03-585x185.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here are some more details about the event:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Members can suit up in 27 different Marvel Super Hero and Super Villain costumes, while all players can dress as cops, robbers and civilians<\/li>\n<li>Super Heroes can plan their defense strategy in the Hero Lab, while Super Villains can scheme in the Villain HQ, building eight different kinds of destructive robots<\/li>\n<li>Members can buy new super igloos like the Secret Base, an impenetrable HQ perfect for Super Heroes, while Super Villains will feel right at home in the new Creepy Cavern<\/li>\n<li>Marvel costumes feature characters from the new animated series &#8220;Marvel&#8217;s Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.&#8221; including She-Hulk, A-Bomb, Red Hulk and Skaar. The series premieres August 11 inside Marvel Universe on Disney XD. Club Penguin fans of &#8220;Marvel&#8217;s Ultimate Spider-Man&#8221; can also dress up just like Iron Spider.
