Maybe \u00a0a few of them talk so loud that everyone can hear. Or, maybe they just happen to be talking about the very subject you&#8217;ve had on your mind regarding motherhood or raising kids. I&#8217;ve recently had the chance to check out the new Circle of Moms video series in partnership with Kia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-42008\" alt=\"Circle of Moms video series in partnership with Kia\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/com_kia01.jpg\" width=\"760\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/com_kia01.jpg 760w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/com_kia01-292x163.jpg 292w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/com_kia01-650x363.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/com_kia01-585x327.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Four mothers get together to talk about issues they&#8217;ve come face-to-face with, many of which you might be able to relate to. This is a great way to find out what other moms think without being nosy! The four starring women are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tia Mowry (actor\/author) with a 1-year-old son<\/li>\n<li>Diane Mizota (vlogger, tech whiz, pop culture guru),\u00a05-year-old son<\/li>\n<li>Stacy Kaiser (psychotherapist, author),\u00a015- and 17-year-old daughters<\/li>\n<li>Lizzie Bermudez (reporter, vlogger),\u00a05- and 8-year-old daughters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I actually met Diane at BlogHer last year (who interviewed me a couple of times) and Lizzie at a local luncheon in San Francisco (for an active clothing line). The format was pretty interesting and very casual, in a good way. Here&#8217;s a summary of the latest video from Circle of Moms by POPSUGAR:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Free Range &#8211; Raising Safe &amp; Self-Reliant Children<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nWill being a &#8216;helicopter mom&#8217; stunt your child&#8217;s ability in learning to cope with future situations? Stacy related the traumatic and slightly embarrassing reaction she had to her daughter&#8217;s first day at kindergarten. I don&#8217;t hover but I do feel it&#8217;s important to guide&#8230;a lot.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Trips with Tia &#8211; Babies in Bed?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nCo-sleeping is sometimes a very sensitive subject. For Diane, one friend told her, &#8220;Just don&#8217;t tell anybody. If it works for your family&#8230;&#8221; Stacy touched on intimacy concerns but Tia candidly said, &#8220;Oh, honey, we find places, okay?&#8221; Our experience was similar to that of Stacy&#8217;s second daughter &#8211; she slept on her own from the beginning and can sleep through most anything, meaning we can too.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Car Pool Line &#8211; Fashion Tips for Drop Off<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nInstead of being the mom with the cupcake pajama pants on, Lizzie gives some quick and easy tips. Tinted moisturizer, tinted stain, dry shampoo, spin pins, a jacket, stylish boots, and some big sunglasses took her from sleepy to stylin&#8217; in, literally, two minutes! I love the idea of using tinted products and that dry shampoo is awesome!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At first, it all seemed kind of awkward and unorganized. However, by the last section, I was taking notes.
