This is our set-up for the next six days\/night until our new mattress arrives (the shipping is slow for some reason). We&#8217;re actually having less pain sleeping on the air bed &#8211; our 1-year-old mattress was that bad! Fortunately, we got it from Costco which meant we could return it for a full refund. I love Costco!\u00a0So the Novafoam went back and a Serta Perfect Sleeper is on the way. According to reviews, this firm pillowtop seems like it will work out best for us. I hope that&#8217;s true.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve always been a bit stingy in the mattresses we&#8217;ve bought (well, we just couldn&#8217;t afford more at those times), which is why they all needed replacing. We&#8217;ve dealt with neck and back pain for many, many years. It&#8217;s been especially apparent since we&#8217;ve been staying in more hotels recently and ALWAYS sleep better there than at home.
