Her honest (and comical)\u00a0expressions regarding her new\u00a0custom-made plush are really best said in her own words. I couldn&#8217;t have said it better myself. So, without further ado, this is what my almost 14-year-old daughter had to say about Budsies.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-50765\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-02.jpg\" alt=\"Budsies Made-to-Order Stuffed Toys \u2013 Super Specks\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-02.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-02-292x219.jpg 292w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-02-585x439.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<h3>Budsies Made-to-Order Stuffed Toys<\/h3>\n<p>Best. Idea. Ever! You might be thinking right now, why in the world did I just say that? Well you see, there&#8217;s this company and they make your kids&#8217; drawings into stuffed animals. Cool, right? But wait, don&#8217;t stop reading yet, there&#8217;s more!<\/p>\n<p>This company is called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.budsies.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Budsies<\/a> and, like I said before, they make your children&#8217;s drawings into stuffed animals. Whether your kid makes a big giant scribble or a precise instructional drawing, they somehow make it into a stuffy and make it even better than the drawing.<\/p>\n<h3>Bringing Super Specks to Life<\/h3>\n<p>I got to try it out and it was fantastic. I drew a super hero that I imagined named Super Specks (it&#8217;s based off of our family dog, Speckles). I made a whole bunch of precise instructions on how to make it. For example, it HAD to have a shiny SS on the cape and Super Specks&#8217; fur had to be dark brown not black.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-50764\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-01.jpg\" alt=\"Budsies Made-to-Order Stuffed Toys \u2013 Super Specks\" width=\"650\" height=\"853\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-01.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-01-292x383.jpg 292w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-01-610x800.jpg 610w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-01-585x768.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I had to wait sooooooo long to get it. IT WAS A MONTH LONG! But it was worth the wait. When I got it, I burst out laughing. Why?\u00a0When I opened the package, it looked just like that drawing I made&#8230; except for one thing. It had no eyes!!! It was HILARIOUS! We later found out though that that it DID have eyes. It was on the mask (it was detachable)&#8230; False alarm.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_PxOeEZyyaw?rel=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Budsies \u2013 Worth the Cost?<\/h3>\n<p>Ok, I&#8217;m going tell you the price. Brace yourself. It&#8217;s 80-100 bucks, but let me say it&#8217;s totally worth it. Just think of it, they have to make a pattern and sew it and make it one-of-a-kind and make it just like the drawing but also make it better&#8230; Phew! That&#8217;s a lot. To think of it, it&#8217;s kinda cheap for all of that. If it were ME making those things, I would add an extra 0 to the amount they have! (Not kidding.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-50766\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-03.jpg\" alt=\"Budsies Made-to-Order Stuffed Toys \u2013 Super Specks\" width=\"650\" height=\"299\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-03.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-03-292x134.jpg 292w, https:\/\/www.cookiesandclogs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/budsies-review-super-specks-03-585x269.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There was only ONE bad thing about it. The mask has a hole in it (just a little one) but Mama can sew it back again, so no biggie. I&#8217;m very happy with my Budsies toy, and Mama says that the eyeball thing still cracks me up. I would recommend this and I think Mama would too.<\/p>\n<p><em>All the stuff I wrote were my own ideas, so there. I&#8217;m not a salesperson or an advertiser, or whatever. Or am I? (Just kidding! \ud83d\ude1b )<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>So if Budsies can satisfy the scrutiny of a teen while making her laugh every time she looks at it, it will surely make anyone you gift one to just as happy. I&#8217;m amazed at the creativity of the designers to bring even the simplest of scribbles to life.\u00a0It impresses me to no end.
