At the end of your day, remove your makeup with a gentle cleanser, apply the serum as you would liquid eyeliner to both top and bottom, then go to sleep. It’s not irritating but my eyes do tend to water afterward, which is probably why my lower lashes haven’t grown much.<\/p>\n
