While my family and I\u00a0were in Europe, we walked non-stop, every single day, for three weeks straight. Now that we’ve been home our activity levels have dropped to almost zero. Well, that has got to stop!\u00a0I have a growing teen on my hands and want her to learn good habits of being active now instead of struggling to ingrain\u00a0them later. Monday we played in the pool (yes, played as we were trying to not roll over on this inflatable dog we bought in the Netherlands) and we plan\u00a0to head to the gym tomorrow or Friday. There are several gyms and sport clubs in the area. One of which is called Crunch<\/a>. Aside from the name and logo, I didn\u2019t really know much about it. In fact, I just assumed that it was a manly-man muscle gym. How surprised I was to find out that it\u2019s a full-service health club with a focus on unique and exciting classes that make fitness fun!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Here are just a few of the Crunch fitness classes<\/a> that I am psyched to try out. Believe me, there are HUNDREDS\u00a0more that not only look like tons of fun but would also be a\u00a0seriously good workout.<\/p>\n In addition to all of those fabulous\u00a0classes, Crunch fitness locations include top-of-the-line cardio equipment and strength training machines, as well as certified personal\u00a0trainers. However, it\u2019s really in the classes that the brand takes pride.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Here in the San Francisco Bay Area, there are 10 Crunch locations. Of these 10, six of them are located in downtown San Francisco. You can find them at:<\/p>\n From now until July 31, 2015 new members can get 10 days for $10<\/a> at all San Francisco locations. This will give you access to all of the Downtown San Francisco locations including all of their facilities and classes. Yerba Buena even has a lap pool and steam room! If you have little ones, you\u2019ll have to arrange for childcare ahead of time as these particular locations do not provide any. However, families in Daly City and Danville do have the option of purchasing a membership that includes childcare!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Crunch does not usually offer such short-term trial memberships so this is a great chance to check them out and see what you\u2019ve been missing out on!
