Grills\/panini makers are amazing inventions but not all are built the same. The George Foreman Evolve Grill<\/a> is, as its name states, the next generation of healthy yet tasty cooking.<\/p>\n

This grill has many features that sets it apart from the standard indoor grill. It has a patented slope which can be used while cooking meat to drain any fat. Removable plates are dishwasher safe and the non-stick coating allows for oil-free cooking. I like the digital temperature control and timer as well. This grill has all this and a nice size cooking surface.<\/p>\n

So far I’ve cooked chicken, tuna, grilled cheese sandwiches, quesadillas, and brownies. Brownies?! Yes, one of the removable plates included with my grill was a baking pan.<\/p>\n

They turned out just like they would have in the oven, but without heating the whole house and pre-heating for 15 minutes. It was 5 minutes to preheat and 20 minutes cooking, done and perfect. Tomorrow I plan on using the slider insert to make mini turkey burgers.<\/p>\n
