The community recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mountainhouseliving.com\/social\/blog\/2019\/january\/28\/save-the-date-for-february-23rd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">celebrated the grand opening<\/a> of two new neighborhoods: Prescott by Shea Homes and Zephyr Ranch by Taylor Morrison. These new houses in Mountain House feature spacious and versatile floor plans which will appeal to families of all shapes and sizes.<\/p>\n<h2>New Houses in Mountain House \u2014 Prescott<\/h2>\n<p>The first neighborhood we went to check out was Prescott by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sheahomes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Shea Homes<\/a>. There were two model homes open to tour and both of the houses were beautifully decorated. I loved the variety of tiling and finishes! These are the first smart homes offered by the developer and come equipped with SheaConnect. Rooms flow smoothly from one area to another, making the homes feel open yet cozy at the same time. You could tell that a lot of thought went into how each space might be used and common preferences. For example, most of the bathrooms had the toilet in a separate area than the sink, which is always helpful when others need to get ready at the same time. And, even with furniture, residents could still have a comfortable amount of walking space to get around without bumping into things.<\/p>\n<p>From the mid $600,000s.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2,484-2,706 sq. Homes at Zephyr Ranch have roomy bedrooms, wide bathrooms, lofts, dens, attached guest suites, and good-sized backyards. New houses normally take about six months to build. buying a house is whether or not the local schools are good. The new school was built about 1-1\/2 years ago and offers classes from TK to 8th.
