We rented a car and drove into Belgium today. After getting a few Belgian waffles (syrup flavor is baked in – yum!) and chocolates, we walked to the city center of Bruges. What a charming town! The buildings have so much character and the menfolk will love the home of many great-tasting beers.

what a beautiful town! Was that boat tour in Belgium too or Amsterdam? My parents said I screamed my head off on one of those boat trips. But I had an excuse. I was only like 5 months old. 🙂
Bruges is in Belgium. I’m just glad you weren’t on my boat 🙂 We had a nice peaceful ride – it was beautiful!
