Last week I got a very special sneak peek at the new offerings presented in the Samsung Home Appliance booth at BlogHer ’14. I was blown away by the items, especially the ones from the new Chef Collection which are professional-grade appliances with input from actual chefs. It was really the Samsung refrigerator and dishwasher caught my eye.
New Samsung Refrigerator
There were actually two refrigerators on display. The Samsung Chef Collection 4-Door Refrigerator was huge and included a built-in Sodastream. It even had one section that you use as fridge space or freezer space, depending on your needs. The Samsung Food ShowCase refrigerator had a secondary section (like a door within a door) that opened for easy access to drinks and more. If I could just get a fridge that combined these two things, I’d be totally content.
New Samsung Dishwasher
As for the dishwasher, I was secretly hoping that some kind person would just randomly want to give me one. This was so amazing! If you didn’t already know, the dishwasher is my favorite and only cannot-live-without appliance. This dishwasher had a patent Waterwall technology that cleaned off any gunkiness present with a high pressure wall of water (thus the name). How amazing would it be to actually get caked/baked/dried/cooked food off your dishes with zero effort?! And, it has a removable utensil tray on the THIRD rack. Count me in!
There was also a video station to share your love for the new appliances. The prompt for the Chef Collection feature the new oven and asked what kind of party you would have using this. Here’s my answer:
In addition to the items mentioned above, other new Samsung home appliances included:
- Samsung Chef Collection Slide In Range
- Samsung Chef Collection Over-The Range (OTR) Microwave
- WF9100 front-load laundry pair
- WA9000 top-load laundry pair
- Baby Care Washer
- Motion Sync Upright Vacuum
- Motion Sync Canister Vacuums
Which of these appliance would you LOVE to have in your home?
