Plenty of Healthy Snack Ideas to Suit Everyone’s Tastes

Healthy Snack Ideas – Parfait with CVS Gold Emblem Abound Granola & Berries #CVSAbound #Snackurday

Isn’t it funny how we all have different things that we like? After CVS/pharmacy sent me a boatload of snacks from their Gold Emblem Abound line, I was excited to share my stash with friends and family. After all, everyone struggles with healthy snack ideas and we now had a TON and couldn’t eat it all ourselves. So, I put aside the Superfruit Snack Bars and Probiotic Trail Mix we liked and offered up the rest to visitors.

Different Tastes and Flavors Appeal to Different People

One of my friends came over to pick her daughter up from a playdate at our house. Before they left, I laid out all the items we had and let her choose what her family would like. It was kind of funny to watch her pick up each item and think to herself who in their house would eat it. She mentioned how much she enjoyed almonds and how her husband liked edamames, so she got a few boxes of snack bars and packages of trail mix.

Then, when my mom and her husband came over, I also offered them some Abound snacks. My mom gravitated to the nuts but stayed away from anything with pomegranate. Her husband however was quick to jump on some of the trail mix and the popcorn.

Healthy Snack Ideas to Suit Everyone’s Tastes

That’s what I’m so impressed with with the Gold Emblem Abound snacks – the variety. There are so many flavorful combinations of natural goodness that there’s something for everyone’s tastes. I also like that it’s not just trail mix but a many types of snacks including cookies, rice crisps, and even items like peanut butter and sweetener.

The versatility of when, where, and how you eat these is so diverse. You can bring a couple snack bars with you for after a full workout, nibble on some rice crisps during family movie night, or even enjoy a filling but delicious parfait.

Wonderful snacking ideas! I’m not a fan of pomegranate either, though.

I think granola and yogurt would be a perfectly light snack.

I love their bagged snacks a lot! Now I’m craving that granola in a parfait though.

We love yogurt and it has been a while since we had it with granola topping. Thanks for the reminder! Gotta add that to my grocery list.

I’m a big fan of popcorn so I think I’d choose that first. I like that there is a lot of variety because we all have different tastes in our home too.

I love nuts! So anything with a nut in would be great!

We do a lot of hiking and love to take trail mix with us, so I’d definitely like to try their trail mix!

I just realized all of the Gold Emblem Halloween candy was on sale, so I secretly bought myself of the candy corn pumpkins. That really doesn’t count as a healthy snack.
